Jack G. Gracey, M.D., F.S.C.A.I.

Jack G. Gracey earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr Gracey completed an internship at York Hospital in York, PA and his residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. He completed a fellowship in Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr Gracey entered the Navy during the Vietnam War and worked at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia where he served as the Director of the Coronary Care Unit and the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. He served as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at York Hospital in York, PA for twenty years. He also served as the Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services at York Hospital for nine years. He has been a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Hershey Medical Center and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Associated Faculty of the School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.

Dr Gracey founded Cardiac Diagnostic Associates of York and served as the president for 25 years until he retired in 1999. He now works part-time in our Lancaster office. Dr Gracey is a founding member of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Intervention. He is also a member of the American College of Cardiology, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the American Medical Association.


Scott T. Riebel, M.D., FACC

Scott T. Riebel, M.D.

Scott T. Riebel earned his medical degree from the State University of New York in Syracuse, New York. He completed an internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and a fellowship in Cardiology at the Penn State Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr Riebel then completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.

Dr Riebel is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology and is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association. Dr Riebel serves as Vice Chief of Cardiology, Chair of Medicine and Chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster, PA.
